Before a kit ships.
A live order needs verified identity, location coverage, a supported panel, the appropriate clinical review, valid payment authorisation and recorded laboratory consent.
One test at a time.
TestD checkout in this design is a one-time order. A future reminder does not authorise a repeat purchase. Existing PepTribe membership is verified separately and is not automatically added to an order.
A sample is not always a report.
Collection issues, transport conditions and laboratory quality checks can mean a specimen needs to be collected again. The final replacement and refund policy must state who pays, when a refund is available and how to request help.
Your results and care.
The original laboratory report and any amendments should remain visible. Critical results require a clinician-led escalation pathway. AI explanations support understanding and do not diagnose or prescribe.
